I already took traffic school for the first ticket I got in CA. Now I got another one will they still allow me to take traffic school? How will my insurance be affect? Basically what is the outcome of this. Allstate is my insurance. :/ i really didnt see that stop sign.....

Nope, this ticket you eat because you didn't learn a thing from the last school, you only took it to get away with breaking the law. Grow up and learn to drive before you kill someone! And get glasses if you can't see stop signs! As far as insurance goes, it really depends on how many years accident and conviction free you have on record.
Read your driver handbook, page 77.
"Drivers who do not have a commercial license may participate once in any 18-month period to have a citation dismissed from their driving record." |

Nope.....in CA. you can take traffic school 1 time each 18 months.
The outcome, there's a couple
1) thank your lucky stars you didn't kill someone
2) better hope they don't suspend your license which I think you deserve.
