If it has been written off officially then you shouldn't drive it. Speak to your own insurance company to get the best advice. |

Depends what cover you have. When i had 3rd party fire+theft i couldn`t drive any other car but the one on my policy but now i have fully comp and i can drive anyones car with their permission.
I am in UK though.. |

Written off by the other insurance company means the cost of repair exceeds the value of the vehicle. If the vehicle is still drivable and safe, you can drive it. It is still on your policy as long as the premium is current, but let your agent / broker know. He / she may want you to have the vehicle |
