Unless the policy specifically said they wouldn't pay if he was driving with a suspended license, and it was the other cars fault his policy should be valid. Spell check

Unless there is a ryder that states no payout if death occurs while doing illegal activity she should collect. Because he was willfully and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle. Totally depends on what is on the life insurance policy. They are not all the same. Being that none of us can see the actual policy from here, I am afraid this is not an answerable question. Sorry!
