I don't think owning a car is - driving certainly is.

Discourteous drivers - drivers who don't know the Highway Code - road works - potholes - pedestrians 'strolling across in front of you - cyclist at night with no lights.

The list goes on and on - and I'm very patient and an advanced driver !

Bring back the man with the red flag out front, hahahaha.

They know we can't survive without our cars, they know they can exploit us to death over this issue, Yes it will get worse!! we will end up paying massive insurance premiums to cover the costs of uninsured immigrants!!

The only way to survive is to live out in the sticks, and even then queueing at the Post Office for your tax disc becomes an ordeal. (I always get the staff member who hates everyone).

It is a lot more stressfull unless you own a car that is brand new.Think about it ! It is allot cheaper to own a new car now than it used to be say 15 years ago.New car prices have decreased in the UK compared to what they used to be compared to the rest of Europe.However the cost of the new M.O.T. is quite ridiculous at an average of Â£49.00 per test.If you cannot afford a new car,then this government will nail you with the M.O.T. test.You are better buying a new car and making sure you get rid of it before the MOT and thus losing less money and yet keeping the car manufacturing industries buoyant.

very stressful,and it is going to get worse.just keep up your good driving.and unfortunately we have to waych out for other drivers,and not just the one in front but the one in front again.its no pleasure any more,

Cost, congestion and roads that can no longer be maintained due to budget cuts and increase in wear and tear.

well u guys in the UK are lucky, see here in the US espically where i live in california, no shops are close enough for us to walk too or take the bus we have to drive der, im assuming gas is more expensive der, here its about $3.20 a gallon pretty high

Will my car doesn't rust or breakdown like my cars from years ago, Obviously costs have gone up, and roads are much more crowded. So yes and no
