You call your insurance company and file a claim. Take pictures of your car, and include a picture of the car before it happened if you have one. Take a picture of your mom's car too. |

What does having a "fat" car have to do with anything. If you were parked and/or stopped and she reversed into you, she is at fault. If your car was so "fat" then she really should have been able to see it.
Have your mother contact the other party's insurance company, and report the claim. |
