my baby cousin is been asking me for money to pay an EU website who help you get drivers' licence for EU country which you can also use for driving as well in the UK, please is this really true or its one of the scam website. they call them selves licencetoday and getalicence. please advice.

If you or your cousin want to waste their money and be liable for prosecution if caught driving with it in the UK then go ahead. |

Scam. You possibly do get a licence but a forgerie.
As soon as the uk police pulled him for anything they would be suspicious and start digging.
With the internet it's a small world and if it was that easy everone would do it. |

It's a scam. Even if you get something that looks like a licence the first time the police run it through their computers it will show as a forgery. |

They do a really good business fooling people into thinking they don't have to test, they can get licence even with DUI, and all that crap. The sit is pretty convincing, and they make a lot of money from it, but it is a scam. Bottom line, if he lives in the UK, he has to get a UK licence. Those mail order licences get people into trouble. Go to the nearest constabulary and ask them, you will get the same story from them. Now if he wants to actually move to another country, he really can get a valid licence after following their testing, etc. |

Is that one of those sites that claim to have found a loophole in the law so they can apply for a licence from some other EU country for you without you taking a test?
It's a scam, mate. Your cousin will find it all tumbling around his ears the first time he is stopped by the police. They will be asking why he claims to have a Romanian licence when he is a UK resident and always has been. |

Im not sure but most of this website are scam anyway. And, how can you get a licence through online without them knowing your whole identity. My advice is don't trust them.. |

The only body that cab issue driving licence in the UK is DVLA all ather organisations are bogus.
Well there are few organisations that BOOK a practical test for you and that perfectly legal but NO ORGANISATION other than DVLA can issue a legitimate licence.
And the driving licence issued in UK is a EU one which means you can use it in EU countries. |

I've never heard of it, but if it were true, you can use a licence in the uk. Once you have a licence your fine anywhere.
Don't really understand the thumbs down, if you have a licence you can travel anywhere with it, i've been abroad numerous occasions |
