Accused of RTA but no contact?

On Wednesday I entered a mini roundabout as the only vehicle to the right was turning left. I was in slow moving traffic and established in the roundabout when a car flew out from my right looking to her right, hence she very nearly hit me. However there was no contact so we both made our own progress. I now have received notice from the police to provide my insurance details - how do I now deal with this? Evidently there is no damage to either car as there was no contact, so I presume the girl is lying.

What is the best way to deal with this? I have never been involved in anything like this before.

1st provide details to the police and make copy.

2nd; call your insurance company and report this.

if there is no contact of your vehicle and the others, they will deny; policy states accident must have contact.

but say this other car does have damages that you are not aware of? can happen, or say due to nearly hitting you, she hit something else after and claims you were responsible for her doing this.

your insurance company will inspect your car and hers for damages. if you have no damages, there will be no claim. they also look for paint transfers; ie your car is white and hers black; should have on either car;

they will determine if accident happened or not; that is what insurance is for.
