After 18, Do i have to take the drug and alcohol course to get my drivers license?

After i turn 18, can i just walk into the DMV and take the exam? Or do i still have to take the 4 hour drug and alcohol course?

Your going to have to call and ask them since you didn't include your state, I didn't even know you had to do that, don't have to in my state.
