Am I covered on my dad's insurance if I have my own?

My dad's ex-girlfriend is freaking out cause I am driving my dad's truck and she is saying his insurance doesn't cover me. My dad has a policy with her insurance. I have my own insurance for my own truck. His insurance is the full thing while mine is only liability. IF something were to happen would I be covered on either my or his insurance? In a nutshell should his ex-girlfriend be freaking out about my driving cause she thinks I'm not covered on the insurance.
