The surcharges....do i have to pay them all,i mean the annually cost of three years at once?And whats the traffic ticket gonna look like?...am estimating something less than 400 dollars...it was stupid.

First,get your license and insurance NOW!
When you go to court,plead no contest.If you're lucky,the judge may grant you deferred adjudication.If not,you license will be suspended until you get a "SR-22",and you'll have to supply proof of insurance to the state for 3 years.Dress nicely for court,be extremely respectful and polite to the judge. |

driving with no licence and no insurance, risking other peoples live's, costing people like me, who pay our insurance a fortune when you idiots hit our cars, hanging you would be good, but i suppose you will get a tiny fine and your hands smacked for being naughty, yeah i was stupid. |

I hope you get a hefty fine and a sentance you could of knocked down a child like my son for instance. Stupid get! My fella a copper he would lock you up for ever! glad you got caught! you could be getting done for manslaughter now cos thats a sentance driving with no lic can carry if you KILL someone. |

In the UK, it would be a hefty fine, and points on Licence, and you would almost, also be sent to the tower for the duration of your life, however, in the US? I haven't got a clue, may be send you to the CHAIR!

I would fine you AT LEAST 400 dollars on each count plus a jail sentence and suspend you from driving for TEN years.
If you had killed or maimed anyone how could you recompense their family? |

As for the fine I understand it to be a very large and somewhat dreadful attack on your pocket book. |
