I am not hauling for hire. I own a used car lot. Combined GVW under 20k lbs. F-250 with a two car gooseneck trailer. Do I need a CDL? Do I need DOT #s? Do I need a sign on my truck? Do I need additional licenses or inspections? Can I travel out of state?
