Anyone ever receive a settlement from American Family due to a motorcycle accident?

I laid my motorcycle down due to another driver failing to yield. Sprained wrist, road rash on both knees, and a partially displaced patella (kneecap) were my injuries. How much pain and suffering compensation should I ask for...or be entitled too?

So did you and the other driver ever make contact? or is American Family your insurance company or the other company.

It sounds like it is your insurance company. If so there is not pain and suffereing. If you carry med pay or PIP it will pay for your bills
