I have always wondered about this....
say you were in a car accident with canceled insurance/ no insurance....but the next day you pay it. Then you reprt the accident, will they cover you?

Usually when you make a payment, your insurance is reinstated for the day it is paid not retroactive to the date of when it was supposed to be paid. |

Proof would be the date and canceled date. |

Absolutely not. Why would the insurance company pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for damage you caused, when you could not even pay the bill?
Do you get electricity for free? or how about your phone? or heat? Same with insurance, you don't get it if you don;t pay for it |

I believe that the fact that it happend while the Ins was cancelled you will not be covered, but to be sure call an INS company and just ask them in general, but don't call your company, lol, take care. |
