Auto Accident? 10 points please help!?

On dec 23rd it was icing real bad i was coming home from work and a guy was going up hill as i was going down hill he was sliding up and as i went down my car slid into his, he said everything was cool about 10 minutes later he came to my house and said his brakes was locked up... gave him my number and never heard from him. Today he cam by my house which is almost 2 months later... i asked him what took him so long to contact me he said he is lazy. He said his car is still not working and that was it then he left. What is the deal?? I dont understand what he is trying to do.

he also drove car to my house while telling me his car didnt work, and i asked him why is his car in my drive way then... and he kinda looked at me for a second and then said e-brake.

That's strange. Does make you wonder what he's up to. Why no police report? Something screwy. I don't know what, law suit maybe but doesn't appear so. Guy a plain nut. Wish I could help but who knows. I would kept a record of everything that happens. I'm lost for words but gut feeling says he's after something just be aware.
If you do have a police report I would talk to them and explain what is going on at least then you made them aware of it if something does come up. I would play it safe and know what's going on around you make sure he isn't following you. Nothing may happen but as they say better safe then sorry.

Don't get involved in any settlement with this guy. Call your insurance company ASAP. Report the loss. Let them complete the investigation, and deal with him directly.

Bet money, he will also pursue a bodily injury claim.

Protect yourself, and report it!

Thats creepy i would tell him to leave and if he doesnt get a restraining order not good and i dont think he is up to something good...see if he comes round again and do something bout it if he does...
