Auto Accident ... How much time do I have to claim to insurance?

Someone hit my truck on Monday, since it was a minor accident, we agreed to just swap information and she would take care of all the costs. I feel like she is going back on the deal, I have all her information including her insurance information. Is there a deadline for me to put a claim on it?

You put in a claim immediately. Regardless of verbal agreements.
The longer you wait, the less the insurance company will care, because if you don't care to report it, why should they car to do anything about it? |
