Auto Insurance Windshield Claim Question?

I am with USAA and I filed a cracked windshield claim in April of last year and ended up getting it fixed on my own as opposed to paying my 500 dollar deductible. I filed another claim for a cracked windshield in January of this year, and once again, got it fixed on my own. Now I have a new crack, and would like to file a claim and use my insurance this time as I have changed my policy to a $0 deductible due to my proneness to cracks.
Question: Are the 2 claims I never followed through with going to be held against me in the future since I will technically have 3 cracked windshield claims in under a year?
Since my insurance company never had to pay for my other 2 claims, it shouldnt matter, right???

What was the cause of the windshield crack? Like most I will assume it was caused by a flying rock or object. If so, this will be covered under your comprehensive coverage of your auto policy. Comprehensive claims are never chargeable, meaning they do not affect your premiums. Your previous claims do not matter for this same reason and also the fact that no payment was ever made to you by the insurance company.
Switching your comprehensive deductible from $500 to $0 however, probably did increase your premiums |

Why in the world are you filing all these claims, if you're getting these fixed on your own? That's SILLY!! See, those claims count against you!! YES, the claims cannnot be retracted, or cancelled - only withdrawn, where they STILL show on your record.
It matters. DO NOT file a claim that you're going to pay yourself. |
