how many days do you have to file a claim before its denied? holder is Geico.

Physical damage is up to 1 year but naturally it is better to do it asap. Geico is very highly rated which means they pay their legitimate claims.

Check with your State Dept. of Insurance or Insurance Commission. You'll find the listing under State Government. Companies that sell auto insurance in your state are bound by the laws that the Insurance Regulators in your state put forth. If Geico is denying your claim but the state regulations say you filed within the allotted time, then file a complaint with the State Insurance Commission.
