why in the recession time,the city of dallas has to issue a citation for uninsurred vehicles and at the same time get the car towed at the owner expenses?$200 for the citation, $150 for the towing and a proof of insurance to get the car back! crazy ******* world!

I think you hit it on the head here. I do think it is crazy that we punish drivers more for no insurance than we do for not having a drivers license. i think people who drive without a license should go to jail and have their car towed. I do agree that a driver without insurance should pay a stiff fine. Drivers without insurance can do some major damage to a driver who obeys the law and gets hit by one of these uninsured motorist. They can total a vehicle and not get sued since they don't have any money. This makes it very hard for the driver who has insurance to get repairs on their vehicle while being hit by an uninsured motorist. |
