I just want to know if this happened or is happening to you.I have insurance and have always had insurance on my car.I received a notice to suspend my car for NO INSURANCE.This is BS,but what can i do?I think CA is looking to get money from people ,by send out BS letters like this.In order to not get in trouble,I have have to send them my proof of insurance that i have ALWAYS HAD and $14.00. It's just $14.00,but this is just BS.

If you have, and have always had insurance, contact your agent and have them notify DMV you do, and have had. It looks like they dropped the ball and didn't notify the DMV so it could go in their data base. Your insurance should handle this for you. |

No. Its not the people that sit around and thinking how we need money than pick a person and get money for the state is poor.lol No it is the computers that send out the infor. Some how your Lien Holder send infor to the DMV and somehow it show that you had No Insurance. The letter was sent out. Not sure about the $14.00. All you half to do is just take it down to the DMV and show it to one of the service people and that's it. |
