Can I Take Drivers-Ed In AZ And Get A UT Permit?

I Live In Southern Utah And I Go To School In Phoenix Arizona. So If I Take Drivers-Ed In Phoenix Could I Get A Utah Permit, Instead Of Getting A Arizona Permit And Having To Transfer The Permit To Utah?

You need to check with Utah before your do it. You may have to have a school in mind so Utah can see if the curriculum is similar to Utah's requirements.

If Utah does not recognize the training you were to get in AZ as being compatible to Utah standards, you will have to go & take the course again in Utah (which translates to paying for the training twice)

And you cannot get a license in AZ even if you wanted to, you are not a legal resident of AZ.

yes you can wherever you take the actual test (driving) is the state where your permit will be issued it doesn't matter where you learned to drive at as long as you pass the test.
