I just passed written test yesterday and I scheduled for a behind the wheel test tomorrow. I wonder if I can just drive there by myself in order to take a driving test???

Your examiner is a police officer, with power to ticket or arrest. He will ask, "Who drove you here?" and if you have no licensed driver with you, your test will be canceled and you will receive a ticket for driving without a license. Don't take the chance. And don't forget to have the insurance card for the vehicle you are using for the test handy.
Even if you got away with it, what if (yes, I know, not likely) you didn't pass the test? He surely won't let you drive away knowing you didn't pass. |

No, you can not. In the state of Nevada, if you take the test in someone else's car, they require to see that person and all documents. Not something I'd try and get away with, its just not worth it. |

No, you cannot drive to the DMV without a license. You won't get your license until you past both tests. Until you have the card in your hand you can't drive alone. Have someone drive you or if you have a learner's permit ride along while you drive. Then you'll have someone to celebrate with when you pass and you won't fail for breaking the law even before the test started! |

No, of course not. The permit is the licence to learn, and the MAJOR condition is you have a licence, experienced driver with you behind the wheel. When the examiner picks up the test report and says "let's go", he asks who came with you. If you cannot produce the person, he can cancel your test. You don't start a driving test by violating the law on the way. Besides which, if you get stopped in a spot check on the way, you will have a ticket already, and won't even make it to the test site. Not to mention, if the examiner neglects to ask who came with you, and gives you the test, and you fail, he will not let you leave with your car without your instructor/mentor/parent, or other qualified licenced driver. |

No you cannot drive anywhere until you have a driver's license, and in many states, insurance.
If you only have a permit you need a licensed driver in the car with you (usually over a certain age depending on state). |
