Can I get a title from a Lien holder if i'm not the one paying off the debt.?

I'm buying a motorcycle, but the person selling it to me owes some money to their navy federal bank. Is there anyway they can sell me the bike for the asking price with a Lien title or temp title so i can get it registered in my name, and they can continue to pay off her lien holder ?

No. The lender has the title. Not the registered owner.
The lender won't give up that title (temporary or permanent) until the loan is paid off. The title is collateral for the loan.

If you're buying the bike, why doesn't the seller pay off their loan with that money? Then they would get the title, and could sign it over to you.
BUT
If you pay the seller, and seller gives you the bike WITHOUT the title...suppose seller stops making payments.....the lender will repossess "your" bike...and you don't get your money back nor do you get to keep the bike.

sure they can sell it for what they owe and pay off note but i wouldnt buy it really too many a round that has a clear tittle
