The Answer is YES but if you want to drive the car then you will definitely need 1) A Full Driving Licence.that qualifies you to drive. 2)The car would have to be insured. 3) Road Tax. 4) And if old enough a valid M.O.T.

Of course you can. You just can't drive it! Not on a public highway anyway.

Yes.
A company can own a car but a company cannot have a driving licence.

Yes but it needs to be taxed if you are keeping it on the road, if it's on your drive or some private land you don't need it taxed so long as no-one is using it.

?
If you can pay for itm you can own it.

Doesn't mean you will be allowed to drive it tho....might wind up as a dandy planter

You can own as many cars as you like. You just can't drive them legally without a licence.Or insurance.Or tax.And you have to tell the DVLA about the cars you own. It's called SORN.Statutory Off Road Notification.

tickelmepinky
you can own a car but u can't drive it. And if your trying to get a car off the car lot they won't let you have it without a drivers licences so you would need someone to help you out on that.

Yes but it will still have to be registered SORN even if it is not driven by anyone on the road.

Yes. If you paid for it you own it. If you are also the "registered keeper" that is your name appears on the VR document you will also be chased for any motoring offences so as you don't have a licence you should keep very good records of who and when the car is driven.

UCANTCME
YES YOU CAN..........

Tash
Yes because you don't need a licence to buy a car. Are you sure you should be thinking about driving car if you have to ask a question like that?
