Nope. Not until you resolve the reason why it was suspended.

And in some states, if the license has been expired for as little as 6 months, you have to go back through most, if not all, of the same things you had to do to get your license the first time- the written test, vision test, permit & then your road test.

I tried that and i ended up leaving without a license. I was able to find a loop hole that allows electric powered motorcyles to operate without a license or insurance coverage. I found a company that imports this style of bike and I have able to remain mobile. I got my bike at http://xtrememinimotors.com/elxtsc.html . hope this helps
