Sorry But no.Certain states have different views on driving than others so it maked since that no one can apply for a license without a show of residence.Like in rhode island it is illegal to drive and talk on your cell phone-unless it is blue tooth.In Virginia it is okay to do that.That could be a SERIES ticket there my friend

no, no one can. you have to have proof of residence. 3 forms of id and were you live. if you move, then it gets changed. even if military. unless active duty, they don't need to do that. but then they're not 16 either. lol |
