They won't necessarily help you get your license in a sense that they don't have the hook-up with your driving test instructor, but they can help you acquire the skills and knowledge to ensure your success in obtaining your license. You'll need to know random things like which lane to merge onto when making a right turn on a 4-way intersection. Who has the right of way if all cars arrive at the stop sign at the same time, etc. |

Yes - driving schools arent there simply because your parents wont teach you to drive - they are there to help you get your license and also having a relation teach you can sometimes be not so good as its easy to argue with a parent whereas driving school teachers are trained to help learners |

I had to get a driving instructor because my parents wouldn't teach me. I thought it was helpful because they will come pick you up and let you use one of their cars. |

Yes, they are able to do that. I went to driving school and after you go on the drives, you can take the test with the school and then they will pass or fail you. If they pass you, you go to the DMV and get your license. |

You won't have to take the written test at the dmv. you can practice driving a car so you wont fail the driving test at the dmv. I would go on the internet and take the four hour class and then the written test you can always look at the handbook for the answers just dont take long because they time you. then go and take you drivers test at the dmv. but all a driving school really does it prepare you to pass your test |

Yes to a certain point but they will not go to the dmv with you to help get your license. |

Absolutely. It keeps you from having to take the driving part of the exam when you go get your license. All you will have to take is the written part. Believe me a lot less stressful. It is always good to take drivers ed/driving classes, it will teach you a lot about the rules of the road. |
