It's private property. They can probably tow ANY vehicle there that they want to. They CERTAINLY have the right to keep it from turning into a junkyard storing vehicles not legal to be put on the road. |

Simple answer is yes, and it's probably all outlined in your rental agreement that you signed when you moved in. Those that issue parking permits can also tow if your parking permit isn't showing.
Much cheaper to keep those things up to date than it is to pay to get your car back. |

It depends on whereabouts in the complex you have your vehicle. You would have to have it one private property, and not on their actual property. There are certain parts of apartment parking that they want to see that you have regular insurance on the car, but if there are parts that are not commonly used, then by all means park there. Keep in mind that say you have parking at the back of your complex, or you have parking at the front of the building. Choose the parking at the back of the building. If you choose it at the front, and it is on public road for example, they are allowed to tow you. |
