No, since they didn't issue the license in the first place. They can, however, notify the DMV that you have no insurance, and the DMV can revoke or suspend your license for cause. |

Not on their own. They can, however,submit proof of money owed them due to unpaid damages from an accident and the State will usually suspend your license until the debt is paid. |

sort of. If you had an accident which you were found to be at fault and do not have insurance, then you owe the insurance comany x amount of dollars. If you do not pay them, they will notify the DMV of this and the DMV will suspend your license. So the insurance company instigates it but the DMV carries it out. |
