As your vehicle wasn't insured, it shouldn't have been on the road, therefore the accident is your fault because if you hadn't driven an uninsured car, this accident wouldn't happen |

Yes they can, but they need to prove you were legally liable for the accident. Just because you did not have insurance does not automatically mean you are at fault. NH and WI still do not require mandatory auto insurance. |

were you driving a vehicle without insurance? if so, you are responsible to make sure the vehicle is insured before you drive it. so it would be your fault according to the law.

well you should retake english class cause most of the questions didn't make much sense but if your asking if you can drive without insurance and still have claims on you if its not your fault, well by law you gotta have insurance so you'll still get a ticket for no insurance plus your not so good of a driver than you can't know you'll never cause any kind of accident or fender bender and if you get ina wreck or fender bender thats your fault without insurance you'll have to pay for the other persons car out of pocket |
