American Family Ins. denies claim for the 3rd time. We need a lawyer that handles cases like this. My insurance comp. had to go to arbitration to prove my innocense and they still refuse to pay. Someone please help us.

If it went to arbitration and you won they're legally boud to pay you. If you did not win then they don't. Arbitration is file in lieu of going to court. It's usually binding. So if you did not win, then it's pretty much done. If you did win, then contact the state ins board or the arbitrator as this is a major violation.
Most attorneys will not handle a property damage only claim.
