Only if your parents have named you as a driver on their policy. This can cost them only a small amount, but it will gain you lots of points if you decide to get your own insurance in the future!! Make sure that you do not wreck the car, it can be costly all round!! Remember to let the insurance buffs know that you are still unqualified... |

Only if they add you onto their insurance, which will cost them an extra premium. You can only then drive when one of them accompanies you - you're a learner. |

you need to be a named driver on their insurance policy, have a someone in the car with you with a full driving licence which has to be held for more than 3 years to supervise you and show L plates front and back |

For car insurance the quick way to get a very good rate is do a rate comparison on auto policies. Make sure that you choose similar policies with the same limits, car type, zip code, etc so that all options are an accurate comparison.
What I most often recommend is an internet comparison quote at http://www.lowratetoday.com since they have big name insurers and can give multiple quotes on car insurance polices. |

Probably not. In any event they would have to put you on as a named driver and most insurance companies will either not allow a learner as a named driver or will make a substantial increase in their premium (not a small one as someone else mentioned) to allow a learner as named driver. |

If you don't have a full license, you cannot drive thier car without one of them with you.
Comprehensive insurance has nothing to do with who can drive the car. You can have comprehensive coverage and still not be allowed to have anyone under 21, or 25, or without 10 years driving experience drive your car.
Instead of asking a bunch of strangers, why don't your parents read their insurance policy? |
