I very much doubt it. Even if they did, your insurance cover note is invalid until the premium is paid. So even if you managed to get a cover note as you suggest, you would still be uninsured if you were in an accident or stopped by the police. |

Nope, they'll never issue it without payment details and if they bounce then they'll mark your policy as invalid on the national database. |

Of course not. Borrow the money from a friend, use a credit card, whatever you need to do, but all insurance policies are not valid until they are paid. Even if you choose monthly payments, your down payment is due when the policy is issued. If you really can't afford it for 2 weeks, don't drive for 2 weeks. |
