Can i reschedule my dmv ticket court date in CA if the date is tomorrow or in two days?

i gotta stupid ticket a while ago-november i think. i dont remember where my ticket is, but i can find it by tomorrow. im wondering if i can go on the dmv website, check my court date (because i remember it being february 7th or 9th) , reschedule it by calling or using the website, and delaying it. I can't go tomorrow or in these upcoming days.

it's not a case with a lawyer and stuff, it's just a case about a traffic ticket. i still have to contact a judge?

no but you can contact a the distrect aturny and enter a not gulty plee

Yes, as long as you have a legit reason for missing your court date. Just ask your local district judge or your lawyer to ask the judge who is handling the case to re-shedule but, a second or third time may not be excepted.
