My provisional licence was seized as I was driving not in accordance with my licence. They ran a check on the car and were told the insurance co had cancelled my policy due to insuffient funds in the account. I was not aware of this until that point, is there anything I can do?

No you have to show the licence to the examiner.
Sounds like you may well get 6 or more points anyway so no point taking the test as you would have to do it all over again. |

No. You need your provisional to take the test.Depending on where you are located, you probably delayed getting your license until you are 18 because you were not driving properly.r |

You have to have your provisional license number to book the test. If you want to, you need to apply for the provisional again (this may be after a certain amount of time if you were banned) and then you will be able to book the practical test. |
