i lost my drivers education certificate. will i still be able to get my license? im taking the test tomorrow, and i do not have time to get another one. im 16 and i live Georgia.

I doubt it. The examination place has to see the certificate in order to let you drive with them. You'll have to reschedule it, and had the drivers ed instructor to print you out another one. |

you don't have to have one where i live. Why would you need it. Go take the test. |

In michigan you have to have a copy of your certificate to take the test. Contact wherever you took your education and they can give you another one. Good luck. |

Last time I checked you did need to take drivers ed to get a license. I never did. |

Call whomever you got it from. If you have to wait until Monday, so be it. You'll be able to get a duplicate. These things happen to everyone.
On the other hand, think of everywhere you've been and find the dog gone thing. It MUST be somehwere. |

I went though the same thing. You'll need a copy or have the place you took drivers ed fax the DMV a copy. It's a long and messy process, but you will need the drivers education certificate to get your license. |

well since i don't live in georgia i don't really know, but where i live you don't have to have your drivers ed certificate to get your license at sixteen. |

I think you can, they should have the certificate on file, just try to get a new one. |

I'm not sure if the driving laws in Georgia are similar to Utah but you are required to have the proof that you finished drivers ed, so basically that's a yes! Go get a replacement of the certificate, sorry your going to have to wait for your license.... |

you can try to explain what happened--but I doubt it. I got my license, but the teacher told us if we lost it we wouldn't e able to get our license. So who knows. |
