i took the drivers ed course in school but my i forgot to get my pink slip from my teacher on the last day of school

No, you are required to provide the proof that you completed the drivers education class, and enrolled in the drivers training class if you are under the age of 18 years of age when you apply for your driving permit. There's a bar code that is entered when you submit your application at the DMV. You should be able to obtain an duplicate copy by contacting the administration of the school. |

I assume that you are between the ages of 15 1/2 and 17 1/2. Therefore, under the currrent DMV rules and regulations for Provisional Permits, you must present your Drivers Education Completion Certificate and the Certificate of Enrollment in Driver Training. Without these 2 Certificates DMV will not process your permit. Request your school to issue you the certificate. |
