Okay I am 20 years old and never had a liscence. I currently have on my driving record 2 no driving without a liscence which through the State of NH I am supposed to have a SR 22 for some reason idk. Okay so i cant get my license with out having a SR 22 now i called several insurance company's to try to get a SR22 now they say they cant do it b/c i have never had a liscence. Now what do i do? So I cant get my liscence without a SR 22 and I cant get my sr 22 with out a liscence? Please any advice lol

The NH DMV website says you will no longer need an SR-22 3 years after your offense. There may be more info somewhere else on their site if you dig deep enough. If you can't manage a workaround, I think 3 years without a license is a fair punishment for your offenses.
