It depends on the damaged made to the car and if the insurance cover it

No such thing as a "no fault" car accident. Someone is ALWAYS at fault, sometimes more than one person is at fault. Therefore the other party believes you are at fault and have sued you for the repairs. If you have insurance then report the claim to them and send them the notice from the court. If you are not insured then you better speak to a lawyer.
