yes, definitely. You should call your insurance agent as soon as possible to protect yourself. Its a good idea that they get your side of the story before this other person calls and makes it sound like it was all your fault. People lie and change their story as time goes on. It is your insurance company's job to defend you if the other party decides to sue. Good luck!

yes unfortunately,,you can be sued from anything right now,,especially these days,,everyone wants to sue for money,,but yes,,you can sue them also if you want to,,and if they insist on suing you id sue them,, i did once,,and the other person quickly dropped their law suit,,but i didn't,,i won,,so go for it,,if they want to sue,, sue them back,,good luck hope this help,s.

Now days, people sue anybody over anything. So sure they can sue you. My guess is they want to grab a few thousand bucks for free and there are plenty of lawyers around to help them.

Sure you can. And if you were at fault, you will probably lose. But that's why you have liability insurance. Call your agent.

If you were at fault, of course you can. Tickets are given because a official determined there was a violation that warranted a citation, but a lawsuit just means somebody wants to prove you should be paying the damages.

The only way you could possibly be successfully sued is if say you didn't have insurance and you didn't pay them. if your insured then your fine.

no injury, no citation issued not much of a case especially to bring in front of a judge and jury for trial...
