depends on how expired the tags are....normally you have 10 days from expiration date to renew...if you are over that then no...pay the ticket and get new tags |

unless you have proof they were not expired, or you have a renewal receipt predating the ticket, you are out of luck. |

You can fight anything .... Doesn't mean you will win. If the Tags where expired when you got the ticket .... Why waste the time pay it and move on. |

i own a repair shop,and you can fight in any state ,i think what they,ll do is when you show proof that you got it re-newed they,ll dismiss it i have had a bunch of those and yet to pay a fine for it in most states they just dismiss them once you show proof that is up to date,good luck i hope this help,s |
