Can you get a "special" license to get to work and from work?

I am a 15 year old who has a job as combining this summer. I want to know if there is a special license that i can get so i can get to and from work. My parents wont be able to take every single day. My birthday isnt until the beginning of august.

at your age I doubt it. but you can ask DMV about a hardship license
