NO, this isn't a dirty question (sorry)
Those insurance commercials on TV advertising safe driving awards bonus checks, how much are they for? I couldn't help but notice the amount is covered up, did you?
I don't own a car and so won't be needing insurance and I do know it is a come-on from the company; I'm just wondering how much the exaggaration is.

That makes sense that the more you pay, the more you get back except I'm not stupid enough to fall for the gimics if I were to buy a car.

They are just refunding a portion of your premium. The higher the premium you pay the more you get back. You are letting them use your money without paying any interest.
Shop for the best price you can get up front for the coverage you need. Don't fall for any cash back marketing ideas. |

I can't tell you whether or not they give you any money back or how much it would be, because my wife and I have not fallen for their marketing ploy. We have our auto insurance though the same company that we have our home insurance though, so we are getting a discount that way. Plus, we also have a higher deductable and with safe driving, and other discounts applied because of our cars ane the safty and security systems installed we are doing pretty good as far as rates. |

Safe drivers are rewarded by some companies for accident and violation free driving. I have such a company, Allstate, but have no idea of the amounts, mine is deducted from my next years' premium. |

My granddaughters insurance company told her as a new 16 year old driver that if she drives safe for 3 years then the fourth year is free. |

It depends on the policy. Allstate has a policy now for refunding your deductible if you have no accidents for the premium year...so it would depend on the deductible you choose. |

Allstate has a good drivers discount where they pay part or all of your deductible if you're in an accident.
Problem is you pay higher premiums for this "savings". |

I don't think Insurance always play the game. We have to have an insurance but when it comes to paying they always have a clause (read the small print) so you end up missing out. |
