Car Accident?

A drunk driver hit my cousins parked car, which pushed my cousins car into my car. Who is responsible for my car repair? The person that hit my cousins car or my cousin?

The at fault driver was the drunk driver. Both yours and your cousin's vehicle were parked.

No-Fault does not have anything to do with property damage claims unless you live in Michigan. No-Fault is generally related to medical expenses and lost wages incurred by an injured party. Payment is made regardless of fault.

If you have the info on the drunk driver, call his insurance company and file a claim. If you do not, and you have collision coverage, file a claim against your own coverage.

Your insurance company will pay you and subrogate to recover what was paid plus your deductible.

Well I would first report this to your insurance companies. If there was no information gathered from the third party or they left the scene then it would be classified as a hit and run for both vehicles. (as long as the driver left and didnt exchange)
If you have the information of the third party then the insurance company has another place to collect their loss from and have it not affect you. Good luck.

The person who hit your cousin's car!

if you are in australia, liability goes back to the person that caused the accident in the first place.

ie, the drunk driver.

The person who caused the accident is responsible for all the damages. So in this case, the drunk driver is responsible

Hopefully the drunk driver, but it is hard to tell from state to state. I was rear-ended sitting in traffic in North Carolina and when I got hit, my car was pushed into the car in front of me. I was given a ticket and my insurance had to pay for it. I thought it was insane and tryed to contest it, but to no avail.

Depends if your state is "no fault" or not.

If it's No Fault, then your insurance company will pay for the repairs to your car. If your state is not "no fault" then the drunk driver's insurance company will foot the bill. Assuming of course that he had insurance!
