Car Accident Compensation Question?

I was hit by a driver almost head on, he fell asleep behind the wheel driving a corvette speeding. I swerved he smacked me on the side almost killing me. I have witnesses, police report ect.. I have now severe whiplash in my neck, back and doing physical therapy for 2 months now. Visited 3 doctors, broke inside of my nose and had surgery. Lost 2-3 weeks of work and my work is commission and salary. I can make yearly commission if with a good client about 60K plus 70K year salary. After 2 months, still recieving treatment, nose hurts, split blood, severe headaches, no sports for a year and no exercise. Almost got fired from work for doing poorly with sales due to doctors visits, therapy and surgery. What you think im looking at as far as my case is concern? Oh takes one year for my nose to Heal fully

You need to call a personal injury lawyer to make sure you get compensated for all your pain and suffering and lost wages.

get a good attorney not an ambulance chaser and try to get what you honestly think is fair remember karma is a mother f,er get paper work!

and i know you have been out of work and nearly got fired and stuff but the claims people dont look at it like that.:( poor i no
they will give you the same amount of compensation as someone who isnt in work and arnt loosing any money.
which is bad i no because at least you are willing to get out of bed in the morning and work for you money.but as far as i know it goes its about the accient not what you have lost through it.
i realy feel for you because it wasnt your fault and you have proberbly been the worst off.
it happened to my grandad and he is an o.a.p and had back and neck trouble to start with before a big van ran in the back ov his car.
these days compensation is a very rediculous offer like 2 thousand pound for whiplash and injurys and they dont realise you would have earned alot more money and been in less pain if it wasnt for these careless drivers

First of all...get an attorney... a good attorney...a really good attorney. They will be able to help you the most. You have all sorts of things to factor in...like subrogation....I just went through this with a completely severed ACL and broken nose...get an attorney now..it will take at least 2 years to settle in most states...so if you don't start now...it will just delay the settlement. BE CAREFUL with attorneys...don't just pick one...go to the printers in the area where most attorneys are located. Why the printers? Because they put together most of the settlement packets. Therefore they know who gets the most bang for their buck. They know what the demands are being asked...for every big attorney around. Be careful how you approach this. I actually had a friend who worked for the printers in the downtown area and they were able to advise me....wisely....Good Luck
