Is it true that, the person who hits the other vehicle gets to choose where that vehicle is repaired?
Additional Details
Cause its their fault, shouldn't i have the right to choose, as the owner of the damaged vehicle. They have to pay, they caused it.

No. The owner of the damaged vehicle decides where to get the vehicle repaired, not the at-fault driver. |
