The nice people that accidentally booted your car, not knowing it was yours, will happily remove it at your request, as long as your request is accompanied by payment of all fines and levies outstanding. |

There are 2 methods. One is to call the local parking authority and pay the fine(s) that are outstanding. The other is to get a grinder and a long extension cord and grind the lock off, then unboot the car.
One of the above is a lot less legal than the other. |
