somebody crash in to me today i have insurance but no nct i live in ireland will the other persons insurance company pay up

you will need to check with your insurer as it is a grey area as long as the car was in a roadworthy condition they are usually ok but definately check with them as legally you shouldnt be driving the car with no NCT/MOT
