Car insurance claim gone bad!!!?

I had an accident 6 months ago....it wasn't very much damage. I've had to bring the truck back 3 times. on the last return, there was a huge oil leak, no power-steering fluid, electrical harness not connected...I had another garage look at and they said there are 5 major things that must be done and 4 of which have already supposedly been done by te first shop. I called my insurance there said there was nothing they could do, since they had paid the other shop, even with all the problems....Do I have any recourse?....is there anything I can do to have my insurance pay for this? please help me I'm freaking out.....

From what you are saying it doesn't sound like anything that would be insurance related. The insurance company has already paid for the damage and you took it to the shop of your choice. I would be trying to find out what I could do to get the shop to fix my vehicle correctly.

most likly if they have turned you down then they wont pay up again but you could go to a lawyer or something and check out if they can do that
