Fo rmy car insurance the two cheapest companies are 'quinn direct' and 'eCar'... I am not familiar with the name of either company. but got the details from confused.com.

are they legit? is anyone with them?

I like more Progressive or Geico, I dont know about those companies that you say, if you want to get quotes from more companies in your area you can do it here
