I need to get a new registration for my husbands car bc it expired March 2008. The problem is my husband is on deployment and his car is registrated in VA. I live in NC though. Can i go to the dmv in NC and get a new registration sticker for his car or do i have to go to VA to do that. Also i have the Power Of Attorney which lets me own the car bc im not registrated into his car. So can i get the sticker here in NC?
